Social Media Manager (On-Site | Hotels & Restaurants)

Evenings, Weekends & Special Events Required About the Role We are seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute digital content across a portfolio of hotels and restaurants. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You'll be responsible for capturing real-time content, managing multiple social media accounts, engaging with guests online, and planning content around peak seasons, events, and promotions. What You'll Do Content Creation & Posting Create and publish 60-100+ social media posts per month across multiple properties Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site (rooms, food, events, guest experiences) Post additional content during special events, peak seasons, and activations (stories, reels, live updates) Maintain consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all platforms Content Planning & Strategy Build and manage monthly content calendars Plan content around: Peak seasons (spring break, high season, holidays) Property events and promotions Local happenings and tourism trends Stay ahead of trends and proactively prepare content for busy periods Engagement & Reputation Management Respond to all: Social media comments, messages, and inquiries Google Reviews and guest feedback Monitor online reputation and escalate issues when necessary Deliver thoughtful, timely responses that reflect a high level of hospitality Events & On-Site Coverage Attend and capture content for special events and activations Provide real-time social coverage during events Work closely with on-site teams to highlight guest experiences Team Collaboration & Culture Create fun, engaging content featuring staff and behind-the-scenes moments Help bring energy to team culture through creative content ideas Take direction from management and execute brand vision effectively Multi-Property Management Manage social media for multiple hotels and restaurant concepts Travel between properties as needed Balance content needs across locations and priorities What We're Looking For 2+ years of social media management experience (hospitality preferred) Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously Strong photography and video skills (iPhone + editing tools) Highly organized with strong planning and calendar management skills Excellent written communication and customer service mindset Outgoing personality—comfortable interacting with guests and staff Ability to take direction and execute quickly and effectively Must be available for evenings, weekends, events, and travel Bonus Points If You Have Experience in hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar tools Experience managing Google Business Profiles Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking Why Join Us Be part of a growing hospitality group with multiple unique properties Creative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Opportunity to shape the voice and presence of multiple brands Work in beautiful, experience-driven settings Schedule Full-time Must be flexible and available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events How to Apply Please submit your resume along with: Links to social media accounts you've managed Examples of content (photos, videos, campaigns) Compensation Competitive and based on experience.
