Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across four distinct brands (Jetstream, MRL, HOG, and Blasters) while respecting each brand's unique market position and history. Lead, manage, and support marketing staff at each individual location, setting priorities, establishing standards, and promoting accountability. Oversee the planning, development, and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, sales sheets, presentations, signage, and other print and digital materials. Manage all social media strategies, content planning, and brand messaging to ensure a consistent and professional presence across platforms. Direct brand image and visual consistency across all companies, locations, communications, and customer-facing materials. Plan, coordinate, and support trade show participation, including booth materials, show logistics, messaging, promotional items, and post-event follow-up. Oversee company clothing, branded merchandise, and promotional gear programs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Partner with leadership, sales teams, and location managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals, market opportunities, and customer needs. Manage external vendors, designers, printers, and other marketing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Create and maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project priorities across all four companies to ensure timely work product delivery. Monitor campaign effectiveness, brand performance, and engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing markets, customer segments, industry trends, and competitor activity and bring suggestions for improvements to leadership to promote and grown the products and brands. Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the professionalism, reputation, and long-standing legacy of each company. Education/Job Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree required. Minimum of five (5) years directly related experience in heavy equipment manufacturing with progressive management experience required. Demonstrated success in marketing leadership, team coordination, with multi-business and site operations experience required. Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience leading marketing initiatives or teams across multiple locations required. Creative thinker and strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communications skills, and an ability to use data to inform all decisions required. Results oriented with strong problem solving skills. Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. Ability to build relationships across all departments, organization levels and locations. Strong project management skills; Ability to demonstrate management of multiple projects at multiple sites with a high degree of organization, and on time completion. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team at all levels of an organization. Up to 25% travel required due to multi-site responsibility. Supervisory Responsibility:
