Chetu is seeking a highly analytical, full-time Marketing Director to lead its data-driven marketing strategy and performance optimization efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire marketing funnel, leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and marketing science to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and pipeline efficiency. The Marketing Director will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy aligned with long-term business objectives. This leader will transform complex data into actionable insights, guiding cross-channel campaign performance and ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and analytically rigorous, with proven experience leading marketing teams in high-performance, KPI-driven environments.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Data Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy aligned with business growth objectives Lead data-driven decision-making across the full marketing funnel Build frameworks to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance at scale Performance Optimization Lead cross-channel campaign analysis to define KPIs and measure ROI Optimize media spend and allocation based on performance insights Improve pipeline velocity through continuous testing and optimization strategies Marketing Science & Advanced Analytics Apply Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) analysis Develop predictive models to forecast campaign and revenue performance Leverage statistical modeling to improve targeting, segmentation, and conversion rates Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling executive-level insights Build dashboards and visualization tools using BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing analytics and performance team Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture across marketing functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingSales, Product, and Engineering Requirements:
8-10+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or performance marketing 3-5+ years in a leadership or management role Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Strong hands-on experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Deep knowledge of MTA, MMM, CLV, and marketing performance frameworks Strong understanding of predictive analytics and marketing science Proven ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing and developing high-performing teams Strong strategic thinking with execution-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications:
Experience applying AI and machine learning in marketing environments Background in B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models Experience improving pipeline velocity through analytics-driven marketing Industry certifications such as Google Data Analytics or similar credentialsWhat We Offer:
