Manager Position Summary:
Chetu is seeking a full-time PPC Manager to lead our paid search and digital advertising initiatives within the marketing team. This position is focused primarily on people leadership, performance management, strategic planning, and accountability, while maintaining high-level oversight of paid acquisition efforts for https://www.chetu.com/. The PPC Manager will guide team performance, manage budgets, analyze results, and ensure paid media initiatives align with overall company growth and business objectives through a data-driven management approach.
SEM and PPC Manager Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage the PPC team by setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, professional development, and ongoing feedback. Develop and maintain strategic paid search plans across Google, Bing, and other platforms to support growth, efficiency, and ROI objectives. Oversee budget planning, allocation, forecasting, and spend efficiency for all paid campaigns. Monitor team and campaign performance at a strategic level, analyze trends and results, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Content, Sales) to ensure integrated and aligned digital marketing strategies. Establish and enforce operational standards, reporting frameworks, and best practices across all paid advertising initiatives. Stay current with industry trends, AI-driven tools, and automation technologies that enhance performance management and team efficiency. Provide high-level oversight of keyword strategy, ad messaging, bidding approaches, and landing page direction while delegating execution and optimization to team members. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance results regularly, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective or growth-focused action plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified. Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC and digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, performance measurement, andonlinecustomer acquisition. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, evaluate performance, and deliver measurable business results. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents Only. Experience using AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI). Ability to incorporate data insights and automation into strategic planning and team workflows.
