comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) and pension plans life insurance and parental benefits adoption assistance and paid time off with holidays paid volunteer hours and wellness programs career path planning and continuing education Responsibilities Define program strategies aligned with risk, size, and complexity to meet organizational goals Contribute to multi-year business plans and execution approaches to deliver value Lead executive-level meetings to define solutions and delivery Prepare status reports highlighting risks and issues Perform root-cause analysis and develop key deliverables Negotiate program tradeoffs with IT and business to balance demand and capacity Adhere to EPMO processes, governance, and change management methodologies Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational changes in line with change management practices Ensure risks are identified, monitored, and controlled per policies and procedures Key requirements Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience (total 10 years without degree) Minimum 6 years in project and/or program management Proficient in program management principles for multi-year plans Experience with program management tools and methodologies Understanding of risk management policies and procedures Knowledge of program performance evaluation and change management principles Experience maintaining and reporting on budgets/methodologies Familiarity with USAA's change management methodology or equivalent Strong facilitation and stakeholder management Effective negotiator and conflict resolution Strategic thinking and cross-functional influence Program/Project Management Change Management methodology Risk management and governance
