Role Overview:

As the Regional Marketing Leader, you'll spearhead our strategic sales and marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You'll develop innovative strategies and forge strong partnerships to propel our brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on investments. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual representation across all channels.

Requirements Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the residential construction or real estate industry. Florida Real Estate Broker License holder preferred.
