We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across all dealership locations. This position is ideal for someone who understands how to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize return on advertising spend through a combination of paid media, SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM automation, content creation, and data-driven decision making. Position Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and generate revenue across multiple dealership locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with extensive experience managing and scaling lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), email marketing, SMS marketing, SEO, CRM automation, website optimization, content creation, and influencer marketing . This individual must be highly analytical, comfortable managing significant advertising budgets, and capable of creating marketing strategies that directly impact sales performance. This role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM automation, website optimization, content creation, influencer partnerships, and creative asset development. The Digital Marketing Manager will directly manage the company's videographer and coordinate influencer relationships to ensure a consistent stream of high-performing content that supports lead generation and brand growth initiatives. This role works closely with executive leadership, sales teams, store managers, and creative resources to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company growth objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Lead Generation Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Local, and Performance Max. Develop, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Monitor advertising performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI. Manage advertising budgets across multiple locations and marketing channels. Create and implement retargeting campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, offers, and creative assets. Continuously identify opportunities to lower cost-per-lead and increase overall marketing effectiveness. Monitor and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across all paid channels. Email & SMS Marketing Build and execute email marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase customer retention, and drive sales. Develop automated email and SMS workflows for lead nurturing, abandoned inquiries, service reminders, promotions, and customer reactivation campaigns. Segment customer databases to improve campaign effectiveness and personalization. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Ensure all customer communications are aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives. SEO & Website Optimization Lead all SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink strategies. Improve organic search rankings and drive long-term website traffic growth. Build and manage landing pages to support promotions, events, and lead generation campaigns. Work with website vendors and internal teams to improve user experience and conversion rates. Coordinate website updates and ensure content remains current and optimized. CRM & Marketing Automation Manage CRM marketing initiatives and automation systems. Create automated customer journeys designed to improve lead response times and increase sales conversions. Track lead sources and marketing attribution. Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead follow-up processes are effective and measurable. Develop customer retention and re-engagement strategies. Creative Content & Influencer Management Directly manage and oversee the company videographer. Develop monthly content calendars to support advertising, social media, promotions, inventory, and dealership events. Coordinate video shoots, photography sessions, customer testimonials, inventory showcases, and event coverage. Ensure a consistent stream of high-quality photo and video content is produced across all dealership locations. Work closely with the videographer to create high-converting advertising content for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators. Identify, recruit, negotiate, and coordinate influencer partnerships that align with company goals and target demographics. Monitor influencer performance and evaluate campaign ROI, engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness metrics. Collaborate with sales, operations, and store teams to identify content opportunities that drive engagement and sales. Ensure all content remains on-brand and aligned with company marketing initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting platforms. Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership. Monitor key performance indicators including lead volume, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, ROAS, website traffic, and customer acquisition costs. Use data to make strategic recommendations and guide marketing investments. Present monthly performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership. Event & Community Marketing Research, negotiate, and secure local events, sponsorships, trade shows, and community partnerships. Coordinate marketing campaigns surrounding dealership events and promotional activities. Support local dealership marketing efforts to increase traffic and brand awareness. Work with store managers to maximize local marketing opportunities within each market. Strategic Growth Initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Recommend innovative marketing strategies that support company growth objectives. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall marketing performance. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation. Extensive experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Extensive experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, campaign management, segmentation, and automation. Strong knowledge of SMS marketing platforms and customer engagement strategies. Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign ROI. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine ranking factors. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting tools. Proven track record of generating measurable ROI from marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition strategies. Experience managing creative projects, content calendars, and marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience managing multi-location retail or dealership marketing campaigns. Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Podium, Birdeye, or similar platforms. Experience managing influencers, brand ambassadors, or affiliate marketing programs. Experience with landing page builders and website optimization tools. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Experience in automotive, powersports, golf cart, or retail industries.
