Alongside our legal practice, we operate The Ryles Report , a prominent podcast and multi-platform media brand hosted by Attorney Ryles that explores legal, historical, and societal issues. We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and creative Marketing Director & Podcast Producer to manage marketing operations for the law firm while simultaneously driving the growth, production, and audience engagement for The Ryles Report . This role bridges personal injury legal marketing, event coordination, paid digital advertising, and modern digital content production. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Social Media Management:
Brand Strategy & Content Creation:
Plan, record, and edit high-quality content for both the injury law firm and Attorney Ryles' personal brand, The Ryles Report . Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Design, launch, and manage targeted lead generation and brand awareness campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram). Social Media Management:
Oversee, post, and schedule consistent organic content across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube). Audience Growth & Optimization:
Optimize video hooks, write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, track platform analytics, and monitor ad spend to maximize reach and community interaction. Podcast Production ( The Ryles Report ): Guest Relations:
Research, pitch, and schedule compelling weekly guests for the podcast. Audio & Video Editing:
Clean, edit, and assemble full-length podcast episodes to professional broadcasting standards. Distribution:
Publish finished episodes across all streaming platforms and directories. Promotional Assets:
Utilize platforms like Riverside to pull, edit, and distribute high-performing promotional clips, reels, and shorts. Event Planning & Brand Assets:
Event Coordination:
Conceptualize, plan, and host firm marketing events, community outreach programs, and interactive workshops. Merchandise & Collateral:
Manage and maintain inventory for all physical marketing materials, including firm apparel, business cards, flyers, banners, and promotional merchandise. Required Qualifications & Skills:
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads:
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, with specific expertise in running, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns via Meta Ads Manager . Design & Editing Software:
Proficiency with Canva for graphic design and marketing collateral. Video Editing:
Advanced experience using CapCut or equivalent video editing software to produce fast-paced, high-engagement short-form video. Platform Expertise:
Deep understanding of formatting, trends, and scheduling tools across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail in copy editing, messaging, and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus): Experience operating specialized production equipment, specifically the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 . Experience with DJI Drone operation and aerial videography. Prior experience in legal marketing, personal injury lead generation, or professional services brand building. Pay:
