Marketing Manager Ideal Nutrition - South Florida | In-Person Position About Ideal Nutrition Ideal Nutrition is one of the fastest-growing healthy meal companies in Florida. We specialize in fresh, ready-to-eat meals focused on convenience, quality, and affordability. Our operation includes retail stores, direct-to-consumer delivery, a central production facility, and an expanding statewide footprint.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a high-level Marketing Manager who is organized, creative, analytical, and constantly pushing for growth and innovation. This is not a maintenance marketing role. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, moves quickly, develops new ideas consistently, and understands how to execute marketing initiatives that produce measurable results. The Marketing Manager will oversee and drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels while helping scale the Ideal Nutrition brand. This individual must be highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. Create innovative marketing ideas, promotions, partnerships, and activations. Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve brand awareness. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing performance. Digital Marketing Oversee social media strategy and content direction. Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns. Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. KPI & Performance Tracking Monitor and report on: Customer acquisition cost (CAC).Return on investment (ROI). Conversion rates. Lead generation performance. Social engagement metrics. Website traffic and sales trends. Use data to make decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. Organization & Project Management Maintain strong organization across all marketing initiatives. Ensure deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, influencers, and external partners. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Brand Development Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Assist with retail marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach. Help develop new ideas that separate Ideal Nutrition from competitors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing experience preferred. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs. Experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, CRM platforms, and content strategy. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas effectively.
