Job Description
Position Objective The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives to support assigned properties while aligning with company-wide strategies. This role plays a key part in managing marketing projects from initiation to completion, creating compelling campaigns, and ensuring branding standards are upheld. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with General Managers, Directors of Sales, and other hotel managers to deliver marketing solutions that drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and engage guests. Job Functions Manage marketing project requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution. Monitor and update hotel websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to brand standards. Manage third-party listings and local directories to maintain accurate property information. Develop and execute organic social media strategies, including content creation, influencer marketing, and community management. Lead monthly marketing meetings with assigned hotel teams, creating agendas and sharing recaps. Strategize and implement paid advertising including but not limited to social media, OTAs, display ads, paid search, SEO, etc Support online reputation management initiatives. Design and produce on-property collateral to drive ancillary revenue (e.g., guest-facing signage, promotional materials). Analyze campaign performance and create monthly reports to guide future strategies and initiatives. Co-lead monthly company-wide marketing education sessions, sharing insights and best practices. Act as a marketing consultant for non-assigned hotel teams. Perform other marketing tasks and special projects as assigned. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Ability to execute marketing initiatives while strictly adhering to established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards. Strong sense of urgency and prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Asana, Canva, and Hilton and Marriott brand platforms (preferred). Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or campaigns. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Experience 1-3 years of marketing experience. Hospitality, hotel, or restaurant marketing experience preferred.
