This role is perfect for someone who can think outside the box , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to turn digital strategy into measurable growth. What You'll Do Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Create and run paid advertising campaigns (social media ads & Google Ads) Identify and target key audiences to drive patient growth Oversee and maintain our website content and performance Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve Google visibility Build and strengthen our brand presence online Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI Adjust campaigns and strategies based on analytics Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and outreach efforts Represent the organization at community events as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management Experience with: Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Google Ads and paid advertising SEO and website management Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail Preferred (Not Required) Healthcare or medical office marketing experience Experience with geo-targeted advertising Experience boosting ads in specific service areas Why Join The Howard Center?
