Salary:

$100K-$140K Base Salary (depending on experience) + Bonus ($140K-$180K+ total compensation)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing Growth to lead and scale a high-performing marketing organization within a rapidly growing fintech and financial education company. This leader will own company-wide growth strategy, revenue-driving marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts across digital products, memberships, webinars, virtual events, and online education platforms. The ideal candidate is both analytical and execution-focused, with a proven ability to build scalable revenue engines, optimize conversion funnels, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing marketing team across email marketing, funnel optimization, automation, analytics, and copywriting functions Develop and execute scalable growth strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Own and optimize webinar-based acquisition funnels, evergreen marketing campaigns, free-to-paid conversion flows, upsell/downsell strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives Lead the development and scaling of virtual summits and online events as customer acquisition and revenue channels Analyze marketing performance data, identify conversion opportunities, and implement strategies to improve ROI and funnel performance Oversee email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation, deliverability, and performance optimization Manage affiliate, partnership, and referral programs to generate qualified leads and increase brand reach Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives Manage internal teams, contractors, agencies, and external partners while maintaining accountability, execution quality, and measurable business outcomes Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and creative standards across all marketing channels Establish performance metrics, reporting structures, and operational processes that support scalable business growth
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or revenue-focused roles, including 4+ years in a senior leadership position Proven success building and scaling revenue-generating marketing engines producing $5M-$10M+ annually Strong experience within digital products, memberships, online education, fintech, coaching, or virtual event business models Expertise in webinar marketing, evergreen funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing Demonstrated experience developing and scaling virtual summits and affiliate marketing programs Deep understanding of email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and conversion analytics Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, SEO, paid acquisition, webinars, and partnerships Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and make fast, informed business decisions Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, contractors, and internal teams simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills with a high-performance mindset Experience operating within or scaling toward a $25M+ business environment preferred About the
