Job Description

Your Job GP Corrugated is transforming its commercial organization and seeks a results-driven leader to own execution and scale our go-to-market capabilities. This is a strategic commercial leadership role — not a coordinator position — with independent accountability for business outcomes. You will drive adoption, align marketing with field execution, and build the infrastructure and processes that enable scalable growth. Partnering with the Director, you'll lead an integrated marketing function, expand commercial capability, and assume broader leadership responsibilities over time. This role is for builders who want broad ownership, not those who prefer operating inside a narrow lane. Our Team Georgia-Pacific is a dynamic, mission-driven team that tackles tough industry challenges by blending bold innovation with practical execution to create measurable impact. Here, you'll find a collaborative, high-performance culture where your ideas are valued, ownership is encouraged, and career growth is accelerated through mentorship and real responsibility. What You Will Do
  • Drive commercial execution. Own the deployment of sales force effectiveness and AI seller capability programs across the commercial team — from strategy to measured adoption in the field.
  • Lead the marketing organization. The marketing team reports to this role. You will own the integration of marketing with sales enablement and learning, so every launch lands as one coordinated commercial motion.
  • Build commercial capability. Support the architecture of how the commercial team learns, develops, and reinforces new skills — moving the organization from event-based training to embedded, sustained capability.
  • Develop future-state infrastructure. Build the foundations that scale the commercial organization — lead generation, talent bench, and the inside sales motion that feeds the field.
  • Run the commercial operating system. Own the cadence, portfolio governance, initiative health reviews, and follow-through discipline that keep the organization moving at pace. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or marketing with direct exposure to B2B field sales organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of driving adoption of commercial programs across a distributed seller population
  • Experience owning or leading a marketing function — campaign execution, brand, positioning, and integration with field sales
  • People leadership experience — has managed teams, developed talent, and held people accountable to outcomes
  • Executive presence with senior sales leaders, GMs, and VPs — credible, direct, and effective without direct authority
  • Experience building and running a commercial operating system — cadence, portfolio governance, and follow-through
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA — in-office presence is required What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in packaging, corrugated, or industrial B2B — you know how field sales organizations operate in relationship-driven, capital-intensive markets
  • You have led a commercial transformation — not just participated in one. You know what it takes to move adoption from concept to embedded field behavior
  • You have managed both a sales enablement function and a marketing team and made them work as one motion
  • You have built something from the ground up — an operating system, a team, a process — and you can point to what it produced At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
