In this role, you will oversee daily travel operations while ensuring exceptional service for clients and business partners. You will manage reservations, coordinate travel arrangements, support guests throughout their travel experience, and serve as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to handling operational responsibilities, this position provides leadership and support to team members through coaching, guidance, and performance development. You will also contribute to process improvements, help achieve departmental goals, and support marketing initiatives including website updates, social media content, and partner communications. Essential Duties:
Work with potential clients to plan and arrange travel services, including air, hotels, tours, cruises, and ground transportation. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide customer service and sales support at tour desks. Prepare quotations, coordinate travel arrangements, and process settlements/payments in the office. Prepare and create promotional materials for websites and SNS platforms. Support XR tour operations and related guest experiences. Greet and assist customers at hotels, airports, and designated locations when necessary. Support sales growth and customer engagement through product promotion and service excellence. Collect guest feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements. Coordinate with business partners and internal departments to support daily operations. Follow all company policies and procedures and report accidents or issues to immediate supervisors in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Provide solutions to problems as they arise and resolve issues according to their authority. Proactively boosts team morale, monitor team performance and development needs, and contributes to employee performance evaluations and feedback. Provide directions to subordinates to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with procedures, and follow up on work as needed Be accountable for the execution and performance of departmental goals. Perform other duties as assigned by the company. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience in hospitality, or travel industry. Prior customer service experience. Proficiency in Japanese language skills. Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required by business operations. Prolonged periods of working on a computer and performing administrative tasks. Ability to travel locally between company locations, hotels, partner facilities, and event venues as needed. Must be able to lift and carry materials, equipment, or supplies up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in both office and field environments, including outdoor locations and varying weather conditions Pay:
