Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing HCP Strategy & Field Execution Lead - Endometrial Cancer at Merck in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description The Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing -Endometrial Cancer HCP Strategy & Field Execution Lead is a high-visibility, high-impact commercial leader responsible for shaping and executing growth-driving initiatives across the Gynecological cancers portfolio. This role will refine and accelerate the marketing strategy to capture new opportunities in an intensely competitive and rapidly evolving treatment landscape. You will combine strategic rigor with flawless execution: building clear plans, operationalizing them across cross-functional partners, and driving measurable outcomes. Success requires exceptional stakeholder management, the ability to influence at all levels, and the judgement to balance bold thinking with compliance and scientific integrity. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership presence, relentless drive, and a collaborative mindset grounded in humility. You are equally comfortable leading teams and working independently, you hold yourself to high standards, and you continuously seek to elevate your impact and skills. This role is a pivotal commercial development opportunity: you will lead priority initiatives at scale, gain broad exposure across global and cross-functional stakeholders, and be prepared to step into expanded commercial leadership roles in the future. As marketing roles across the US Oncology organization are evolving and broadening, this position is designed to be a flexible marketing role that may focus on any aspect of marketing over time based on business needs and/or the capabilities and development needs of the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Own and refine the HCP Endometrial strategy across customer segments to maximize commercial performance and align field and non-field tactics to drive business priorities. + Lead and manage the evolution of L3 for endometrial portfolio (KN868 and launch of C93) including identification of new strategic choices, segmentation, messaging evolution, and resource needs/development. + Lead market research and activity metric/performance monitoring to inform strategic and execution opportunities. + Collaborate with field leaders, field execution team, ORTs, and Team 2 marketing to support pull through of executional excellence. + Translate customer segmentation insights into targeted personal and non-personal promotional plans that positively impact the business. + Establish and report on clear KPIs to measure
