Marketing Manager Reports to: Donor Relations & Communications Director Status:
Full time; Salary Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and communication strategies that support church conferences, ministry events, outreach initiatives, and organizational branding. This role oversees conference promotion, digital communications, website design and maintenance, and marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, mission-minded, and experienced in both event marketing and website management. Responsibilities as a leader : 1. Conference & Event Marketing:
a. Coordinate promotional timelines, advertising, registration campaigns, andattendee communications b. Design and distribute event marketing materials including flyers, digital graphics,brochures, email campaigns, and social media content c. Collaborate with ministry leaders, speakers, vendors, and volunteers to ensure successful event promotion and communication 2. Website Design & Maintenance:
a. Maintain and regularly update the organization's website content, graphics, event pages, and announcements. b. Design and improve website layouts and user experience to ensure a professional and engaging online presence. c. Ensure website functionality, mobile responsiveness, and timely updates. d. Coordinate with web hosting or technical support providers as needed. e. Optimize website content for search visibility and audience engagement. 3. Digital Marketing & Communications:
a. Collaborate with the team regarding social media content and create engaging content aligned with our core values. b. Help maintain branding consistency across all digital and print platforms. c. Coordinate with the team on creating graphics, videos, and promotional content for online and in-person events. d. Track and analyze digital engagement metrics and provide performance reports. 4. Administrative & Team Support:
a. Coordinate marketing calendars and project deadlines. b. Assist with sponsorship promotions, vendor communications and conferences. c. Support conferences with communication and promotional needs. d. Maintain organized digital assets including photos, logos, templates, and marketing files. Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to work at a desk and computer for long periods of time 2. Frequent use of computers, phones, and scanners 3. Ability to talk, hear and view computer screens closely for extended periods of time 4. Must be available on weekends; 40+ hours weekly Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1.
