Our products are proudly designed, engineered, and built in the USA by genuine powersports enthusiasts who ride and race what we sell. We are a fast-growing, American-crafted brand known for quality, innovation, and real-world performance. We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager with deep powersports industry experience to lead our sales and marketing efforts to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic leader who excels at building, training, and guiding high-performing teams, while driving measurable increases in revenue, market share, and brand presence in the competitive powersports market. Position Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager will own the full sales and marketing function. You will develop and execute aggressive growth strategies, build a scalable sales and marketing engine, mentor and develop talent, and partner with senior leadership on broader company initiatives including product development, customer experience, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a dynamic, enthusiast-driven environment and has a track record of expanding market share in powersports or related technical consumer goods. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while growing overall market share. Build, lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team — establishing processes, recruiting top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive new business development while strengthening customer loyalty through strategic relationship-building with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end consumers. Own the creation and execution of global go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, including product launches, positioning, and pricing. Direct all advertising, digital marketing, content, and promotional campaigns — including creative development, media buying, and ROI tracking. Create and manage an annual marketing and promotions calendar that maximizes visibility at key industry events, online channels, and dealer programs. Plan and execute trade shows, demo events, dealer training, and promotional activities that generate excitement and measurable results. Partner closely with the product development team to ensure projects launch on time, on budget, and aligned with market demands. Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and customer feedback to inform strategy and decision-making. Deliver accurate, data-driven sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance dashboards to senior leadership. Travel as needed to trade shows, key customer meetings, and industry events (typically 20-30%). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong, current understanding of the powersports industry, its channels, trends, dealer networks, and enthusiast lifestyle. Proven track record (5+ years) leading sales and marketing teams in powersports, automotive aftermarket, outdoor recreation, or similar technical consumer products. Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams, developing talent, and increasing revenue and market share. Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience managing marketing budgets, go-to-market plans, digital campaigns, and trade show execution. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools is a plus. Passion for motorcycles, off-road, and the powersports lifestyle — you "get it" and live it. Team-first mindset with willingness to support other areas of the business as needed (logistics, R D, etc.). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What We Offer Full-time, hourly position with a competitive DOE pay rate.
Schedule:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (4-day work week).
