$500-$2,000+ per month based on performance and growth metrics About Upgrade Labs CDA Upgrade Labs CDA is redefining fitness, recovery, and human optimization through advanced technologies, data-driven protocols, and results-focused coaching. This is not a traditional gym role. We are building a premium performance and longevity ecosystem that combines: Strength & conditioning Recovery technologies Coaching Human optimization systems We are looking for a high-performance leader who thrives in coaching, sales, client relationships, and operational leadership. Position Overview The Director of Performance will oversee and grow the performance coaching side of the business while delivering world-class member experiences and measurable client results.This role blends:
Coaching leadership Client success Sales Team development Program management Operational execution You will play a critical role in helping Upgrade Labs continue building a results-driven coaching culture while growing recurring coaching revenue and retention. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Coaching & Program Leadership Lead and manage semi-private and personalized strength coaching programs Oversee the execution and growth of the 6-Week Transformation Program Design and manage client programming focused on: Fat loss & body recomposition Strength & performance Longevity & recovery Ensure coaching programs deliver measurable client outcomes Client Relationships & Retention Build strong relationships with members and coaching clients Deliver a high-touch, results-driven client experience Drive long-term accountability, retention, and recurring coaching engagement Support members through progress tracking and program adjustments Sales & Revenue Growth Convert consultations and tours into coaching clients and memberships Grow recurring coaching revenue and coaching package sales Support center sales initiatives and overall revenue growth Recommend appropriate services, technologies, and programs based on client goals Team Leadership & Development Support onboarding and development of coaches and performance staff Help establish coaching standards, accountability, and systems Mentor newer coaches on client experience, programming, and communication Assist with scaling the coaching department as the center grows Operations & Facility Support Support daily gym and center operations Ensure a clean, organized, and high-performance environment Assist with scheduling, client flow, and operational consistency Collaborate with leadership on improving systems, retention, and member experience Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about fitness, performance, and human optimization Has leadership qualities and enjoys mentoring others Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Understands how to balance coaching, relationships, and sales Believes in measurable results and long-term transformation Wants to grow within an innovative and expanding company Core Competencies Strength coaching and program design Relationship building and client retention Sales and consultative communication Leadership and accountability Organization and operational execution Entrepreneurial mindset Qualifications 2+ years coaching or personal training experience preferred Experience leading or managing programs strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for strength training, recovery, and performance Comfortable in a sales and results-driven environment Experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms preferred Compensation & Growth Opportunity Starting Compensation $20/hour starting pay Bonus Opportunity Expected additional monthly bonuses of $1,000-$3,000+ tied to: Coaching revenue growth 6-week program performance Client retention Membership and coaching sales Overall center performance Why Upgrade Labs Upgrade Labs is building the future of fitness, recovery, and longevity.
