Idaho , Kimberly Job Description Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager Role Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading sales growth and overseeing marketing strategy to support overall business objectives. This role manages sales, marketing, business development, and customer-facing functions while driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a B2B or industrial environment. Aerospace experience preferred - relocation required, supplimented by company. Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion Lead and oversee sales, marketing, business development, and customer service functions Manage marketing and advertising initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance tracking Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through training, communication, and leadership Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives as needed Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and marketing efforts with broader business goals Maintain strong customer relationships and support key business development opportunities Ensure timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives and adherence to deadlines Travel periodically to support customers, partners, or business development activities Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Demonstrated success in sales leadership or sales management, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or sales management software preferred Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager Compensation and Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, the following comprehensive benefits package is offered: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Option and 401K Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays Please submit a resume for Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager for consideration.
