Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Employee Discount What You'll Do Greet customers, discover needs, and recommend the right sleep solution Demonstrate product knowledge across Campbell and partner brand assortments Own the full sales cycle: presentations, financing applications, closing, and follow-up Drive results against targets (close rate, average order value, attachment of pillows/protectors/adjustable bases, reviews) Maintain a high-standard showroom (merchandising, cleanliness, display accuracy) Use POS/CRM and basic Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track pipeline and follow-ups Support local promotions, community events, and new product launches What You Bring Outstanding communication and a customer-first mindset Proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals (retail experience preferred; mattress experience not required) Coachable, competitive, and accountable—comfortable with weekends/evenings/holidays Tech-savvy (tablets/iPad, POS, email, basic spreadsheets) Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
