This regional role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading sales growth initiatives across North America and Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales, business development, and key account management experience within industrial and manufacturing-related sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead regional sales and marketing activities across North America and Mexico to achieve business growth objectives. Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within semiconductor, electronics, EMS, advanced manufacturing, industrial packaging, plastics, and related industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, OEMs, EMS providers, and strategic business partners throughout the region. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and market demands. Promote the company's products, solutions, and brand presence through customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market analysis, and regional business development plans for management review. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. Support customer qualification, project development, and ongoing account management activities. Travel extensively within North America and Mexico to support customer engagement and regional expansion initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within semiconductors, electronics, advanced manufacturing, industrial packaging, plastics, or related industries. Strong B2B sales, customer development, and key account management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with OEM, EMS, manufacturing, or industrial customers is highly preferred Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a regional role. Spanish language capability is an advantage. Willingness to travel within North America and Mexico as required. Why Join Us?
