This is not a just 9-to-5 office job, but an opportunity to work towards something big with meaning and value. This is a field-based, boots-on-the-ground marketing role. You will be the face of Jardin Home Health in the community — visiting hospitals, nursing homes, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and other referral sources to build relationships and generate patient referrals. We welcome candidates from outside home health who bring fresh ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit. What You'll Do Visit hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, physician offices, and assisted living communities in the Bolingbrook/Chicagoland area to introduce and promote Jardin Home Health services Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians Develop creative outreach campaigns and community engagement strategies Represent Jardin at health fairs, community events, and networking functions Track and report referral activity, visit logs, and pipeline progress Collaborate directly with agency leadership to test and iterate on new marketing ideas Identify untapped referral sources and develop plans to engage them Who We're Looking For Sales, marketing, or business development background - healthcare experience is a plus but NOT required; we love fresh perspectives Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field Strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills Creative thinker who is willing to try new approaches and isn't stuck in "this is how it's always done" thinking Comfortable with a target-driven environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bachelor's degree preferred (any field - business, communications, marketing, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commission Mileage reimbursement Growth opportunity within a fast-expanding agency CPT and OPT sponsorship available for eligible candidates Flexible, supportive work culture
