Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our North America regional marketing and sales development efforts. This role will be responsible for market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue growth, channel management, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in aviation, cargo, logistics, or related industries. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Market Strategy & Business Planning Analyze market demand, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and business growth plans. Provide regular market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management. Customer Development & Sales Management Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Manage and expand relationships with key customers and corporate accounts. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and performance goals. Implement sales policies, incentive programs, and performance systems. Revenue Optimization & Channel Management Monitor route and sales performance to maximize profitability. Coordinate pricing strategies, capacity planning, and yield management. Develop and manage sales channels including agents, direct clients, and e-commerce platforms. Brand Development & Promotion Build brand awareness and strengthen company presence in North America.。 Organize trade shows, customer events, and promotional campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with partners and industry stakeholders. Additional Duties Perform other tasks assigned by management. ________________________________________ Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation, cargo, logistics, sales, or management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Understanding of Chinese business culture is a plus.
