Job Description
Job Description The Product Marketing Manager for our client will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the value of an award-winning, AI-first Contact Center portfolio. This role is responsible for translating complex technology—across Microsoft Teams-native contact centers and AI voice solutions—into clear, compelling, audience-focused messaging that drives market adoption and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Field teams, the Product Marketing Manager will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement for their CCaaS product. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong storyteller with hands-on GTM experience who thrives at the intersection of enterprise CX, applied AI, and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise, CX, and AI decision-makers.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, use cases, and solutions.
- Create high-impact product marketing assets (sales decks, one-pagers, demos, customer stories).
- Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to support campaigns, webinars, events, and thought leadership.
- Enable sales and channel teams with battle cards, competitive insights, and clear buyer narratives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints.

Skills and Requirements 3+ years in SaaS product marketing, marketing management and/or in content writing within technology companies, with a clear record of successful delivery and marketing impact.- Superior GTM understanding, messaging, and writing skills.
- Experience with B2B product marketing, Demand Generation & Capture frameworks, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and presentational skills.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Contact Center, Customer Experience, AI, Bots and Automation.
- A strategic marketing thinker with a strong "get-things-done" mindset.
