- Technical Service will establish and direct marketing strategy across ourVantive Service portfolio across the Americas Region.
Key responsibilities:
- Thorough and accurate in all aspects of service offerings related to pricing, volume, commitment levels, and total revenue/profit for Vantive
- Rapid mastery of the Americas Kidney Care business, products, and customers to drive for maximum value-creation
- Able to analyze current service interactions and drive identify optimum business to a decision through clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to our commercial organization and leadership
- Provide balanced and nuanced inputs to individual deals to ensure alignment with overall strategic priorities and drive service contract capture at the point of sale
- Ability to manage large quantities of data from multiple sources in an organized, structured manner to guide strategic decisions
- Assist contract and legal teams in supporting customer contracts decisions while also maintaining oversight of entire agreement to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
- Deal reporting for service organization tying outcomes to actual P&L performance by working closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial Excellence teams
- Key partner to our marketing teams to carry out targeting and pricing goals and priorities
- Creation of strategic vision over short

- Clinical background incorporating Education, dialysis and/or Acute care skills into strategy and training needs.

- High energy team player with a focus on meeting commitments/ contributing to a high-performance culture, work in a multicultural matrix environment and build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse group of cross-functional team members including Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory, Industry Partners, and Sales teams.
- Quality and Ethics
- Strong understanding of QA requirements for Medical Devices. Ability to make the right decisions for our patients, customers, and stakeholders. Knowledge of the healthcare environment and demonstrated ability to manage Medical Devices to ensure compliance with guidelines. What you'll bring:
- BS/BA required, MBA preferred, in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or background in a changing but analytical work environment.
- Proven track record of successful development and executing marketing pricing strategies that drive services and product growth, customer stability and trust
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities
- Professional report-out abilities to peers, supervisor, and executive leadership
- Skilled in simplifying the complex
- Ability to understand market trends and customer needs
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability with identifying needs and figuring out solutions
- Positive demeanor with a steadfast drive for optimal results
- Collaborator with ability to bring team members and key customers together to reach a common goal
- Ability to innovate and develop new insights through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, and teamwork
- Objective and fact-based in all aspects of decision-making
- Previous experience in healthcare is strongly preferred. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000
- $200,000 annually.
