This role will focus on building effective email strategies, producing compelling campaign assets, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact communications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, strong design awareness, and the ability to manage campaigns within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee email marketing initiatives from planning through deployment, ensuring messages align with business goals and audience needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements, refine messaging, and coordinate timely execution.
• Develop visually engaging email layouts that support brand standards and improve recipient engagement.
• Use email marketing platforms to build, schedule, test, and launch campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage campaign activity within the Salesforce platform, maintaining organized workflows and reliable audience targeting.
• Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply testing and optimization methods to strengthen campaign effectiveness and enhance overall results. Requirements
• Proven experience managing email campaigns in a detail-oriented marketing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one email marketing platform used for campaign execution and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of email design principles, including layout, readability, and audience engagement.
• Experience working within the Salesforce platform to support campaign management or related marketing activities.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
