Job Description

Marketing Administrator Location:
Freeport, IL 61032 (100% onsite)
Compensation Estimated Total Compensation:
$70,000•75,000 annually
Base Pay:
$20/hr
Additional Earnings:
Commission percentage on total sales Schedule Workday Options (one of the following): Saturday, Sunday + three weekdays
Tuesday-Saturday Sunday-Thursday Hours:
Weekdays:
11 AM-7
PM Weekends:
9AM-5PM Position Overview The Marketing Administrator supports the marketing and sales teams by serving as the primary contact for all customer inquiries. This role manages inbound communication, schedules estimate appointments, maintains accurate daily schedules for sales representatives, and ensures efficient communication across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication & Support Respond to all inbound calls, texts, emails, and web submissions promptly and professionally. Provide clear and accurate answers to general customer questions. Maintain a friendly and helpful tone to ensure a positive customer experience. Appointment & Schedule Management Schedule customer estimates and consultations based on rep availability, customer location, and company scheduling goals. Create, update, and manage daily sales rep schedules to ensure efficient routing and minimal downtime. Assist with last-minute changes, conflicts, or discrepancies. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-up details in the CRM and company databases. Route incoming calls to the correct department or team member. Act as the communication bridge between customers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed, including documentation, internal updates, and organizational tasks.
