Job Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Brand Director to help shape and launch the next chapter of our brand. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to take ideas from concept to market. You'll partner closely with executive leadership, creative, sales, and product teams to build and execute brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. From developing go-to-market strategies and launch plans to overseeing activations, partnerships, events, and sales enablement materials, you'll play a key role in defining how our company shows up in the world This is not a traditional marketing management role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, build from scratch, and remain deeply involved in execution What You'll Do Own and evolve the company's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, initiatives, and major company mile stones Create and manage launch strategies, timelines, and rollout plans across multiple channels Lead the development of brand activations, events, trade show experiences, merchandise, sales collateral, one-pagers, brochures, and other marketing materials Partner closely with Sales to create compelling customer-facing experiences and support business growth Collaborate with Creative, Production, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent brand execution Build executive-level presentations, strategic decks, and brand narratives Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and market presence Monitor competitive and industry trends to inform brand strategy Support the creative team while helping keep initiatives organized, aligned, and moving forward What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Strategy, or a related field Experience building and executing brand and marketing plans from the ground up Proven success launching products, brands, or major initiatives within a high-growth technology company Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, identity systems, and go-to-market strategy Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level Experience collaborating across creative, production, product, and commercial teams Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and engage executives while remaining collaborative and down-to-earth Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
