Job Requirements Experience managing brand strategy, brand governance, marketing operations, communications, or related business initiatives Experience project managing multiple brand, marketing, communications, or business programs Experience operating governance processes, forums, committees, or working teams Experience coordinating cross-functional work across marketing, communications, digital, product, design, customer experience, or related teams Experience maintaining project trackers, timelines, deliverables, decision logs, and action items Experience preparing executive-level updates, presentations, status reports, or performance reporting Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or business partners Experience supporting brand standards, brand frameworks, review processes, or brand compliance activities Experience supporting measurement frameworks, dashboards, or performance reporting Ability to work onsite at headquarters in Lisle, Illinois Preferred Skills Experience supporting enterprise brand strategy implementation Experience with brand governance meetings, agendas, materials, action tracking, and follow-up Experience supporting internal brand education, training, workshops, toolkits, or change management activities Experience coordinating agency transition or internal brand management processes Experience supporting environmental design standards, facilities branding, signage, dealerships, or customer-facing physical spaces Experience synthesizing inputs from multiple teams into leadership-ready materials Job Responsibilities Operationalize enterprise brand strategy into clear actions, deliverables, and execution plans Project manage brand initiatives from planning through completion Maintain brand frameworks, standards, and review processes Route incoming brand-related work through established review processes Manage day-to-day brand governance forums, committees, and working teams Schedule governance meetings and prepare agendas, materials, decision logs, and follow-up items Track action items, decisions, risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional brand work across communications, marketing, digital, product, dealer experience, design-related teams, agencies, and partners Manage timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution for brand programs and initiatives Implement and maintain measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for brand health, adoption, quality, and business impact Collect, organize, and synthesize inputs from multiple sources for executive-ready updates, presentations, and status reports Identify process gaps, risks, and execution issues related to brand governance and program delivery Recommend tactical improvements to operating rhythms and workflows Coordinate internal brand education and change management activities Support workshops, training sessions, toolkits, and communications related to brand adoption Support transition of brand management work into internal processes Coordinate day-to-day work with agencies and partners during brand management transition Project manage implementation of environmental design standards across dealerships and company locations Support consistent brand application across customer-facing environments, including dealership touchpoints, facilities, signage, and physical brand expressions
Pay:
