at SIRVA, Inc. in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, United States Job Description Role Overview Reporting into and supporting the SVP of Global Corporate & Consumer Marketing, the Director, Integrated Marketing, Consumer will help build and scale Sirva's marketing foundation across directtoconsumer (D2C) and B2B2C channels. Support the SVP of Global Corporate & Consumer Marketing in shaping and executing product marketing strategies for new and existing consumer offerings, including gotomarket planning, positioning, messaging, and channel execution. Partner with the SVP and broader marketing leadership to gather, synthesize, and apply consumer market research and insights, ensuring initiatives are datainformed and grounded in customer needs. Enable crossfunctional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Sales, CXO, and Analytics, supporting alignment of consumer programs with agreed revenue and growth objectives. Ensure operational excellence across consumer marketing initiatives by coordinating compliance, legal, and creative inputs, and helping optimize project workflows across internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strong strategic enabler and handson operator, with the ability to translate direction and insights into marketready programs that support consumer adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Planning & Activation:
Build and deliver content, toolkits, pitch materials, scripts, and onboarding resources that empower B2C-facing sales, partner, and agent teams. Track utilization and measure impact on conversion, adoption, and sales effectiveness.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Creative Oversight:
Lead GTM planning for new and evolving consumer products. Define campaign strategy, segmentation, messaging, and channel mix. Develop creative briefs and oversee execution in partnership with in-house and agency teams.
Brand & Customer Experience Alignment:
Ensure all consumer marketing initiatives are consistent with Sirva's brand architecture and deliver a seamless customer journey. Partner with CX and Service teams to integrate marketing with end-to-end experience design.
Internal Collaboration & Launch Readiness:
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Legal to align marketing timelines with launch milestones and ensure organizational readiness for consumer rollouts.
Market Research, VOC & Competitive Insight:
Direct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, panels, testing) and gather voice-of-the-customer insights to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Measurement & Optimization:
Establish KPIs for GTM programs and enablement tools. Track performance, adoption, and ROI, using analytics to refine campaigns, sales support, and messaging strategies.
Innovation & Trend Analysis:
Monitor emerging consumer marketing trends, digital platforms, and enablement models. Recommend and pilot new approaches to keep Sirva's consumer marketing playbook modern and competitive. Qualifications Proven experience (8-12+ years) in integrated marketing, product marketing, or consumer marketing within D2C and/or B2B2C environments. Demonstrated ability to build and execute gotomarket strategies for new and evolving consumer products. Strong background in positioning, messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy across digital and offline channels. Experience developing creative briefs and managing creative execution with internal teams and external agencies. Ability to synthesize market insights, business objectives, and customer needs into cohesive marketing programs. Comfortable operating as both a strategic partner and a handson operator, moving seamlessly from planning to execution. Track record of delivering integrated marketing programs that support revenue growth and customer adoption. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong relationshipbuilder who thrives in a collaborative, fastmoving environment.
