We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our Reclaimed Home Décor enterprise—expanding both wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer channels. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution to build a brand that drives revenue and real-world transformation. What You'll Do Grow wholesale partnerships and retail distribution Lead e-commerce strategy and performance Build compelling marketing campaigns and brand storytelling Use data to drive growth, impact, and wise stewardship Who You Are A committed follower of Jesus who aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith Experienced (4-7+ years) in sales, marketing, or growth—ideally in product-based, e-commerce businesses and platforms Both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for building and scaling A relationship-builder who thrives in a purpose-driven environment Why This Role Matters This isn't just about sales—it's about impact.
