Atlassian is looking for a Field Marketing Manager, AMER Government to lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing programs to drive demand within our Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments in the Government sector. Your role will be to build and execute on strategies working alongside regional sales teams, product marketing, our account-based marketing and global scaled demand gen teams, event marketing, and other internal teams to deliver a cohesive marketing approach for Public Sector accounts. This is an individual contributor role responsible for building an integrated marketing strategy, consisting of offline and online activations, including but not limited to in-person and virtual events, digital, content strategy, and awareness. You'll also proactively engage our partner ecosystem to develop strategies to engage our shared customer base. We are looking for a strategic marketer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality programs, and building initiatives tailored to public sector audiences. Own and develop the AMER Government marketing strategy in close partnership with sales and marketing counterpartsRun high-touch events and executive experiences tailored to Government accounts and customers to maximize brand exposure and generate pipelineDeliver marketing campaigns and programs that will drive AMER Government pipelineMeasure, analyze, and report on performance to marketing and sales leadership, in line with our GTM strategyBe an advocate for the AMER Government sales organization and help the rest of the marketing team understand its prioritiesPartner with the regional Account-Based Marketing team, Global Demand Campaigns, and Product Marketing to define and execute omnichannel marketing plansManage the AMER Government activity calendar for the yearWork closely with our Partner Marketing & Channel Partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and maximize brand exposureConnect the dots between teams to manage the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaignsLeverage past campaign insights to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaignsTranslate broad corporate product messaging into government-specific use casesAt least 6-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, ABM or demand generation, with 3+ years working with Public Sector customers and sales teams (required)In-depth experience working with marketing and sales funnelsExtraordinary program management and communication skills, with a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing, and technology teamsSelf-starting tendencies with an ability to drive projects forwardCritical thinking with strong problem-solving skillsThe ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns and programs running at the same timeA passion for metrics.
