Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own lead generation, conversion optimization, funnel development, and marketing automation efforts. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and implementing automation systems that improve conversion rates and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in managing paid media campaigns from strategy through execution while leveraging automation tools to scale performance. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms Monitor and improve key performance metrics including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and lead quality Build and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns Manage advertising budgets and make allocation recommendations based on performance Support expansion into additional advertising channels as needed Funnel Development & Conversion Optimization Build and optimize landing pages designed to maximize conversions Create and manage lead generation funnels from initial engagement through conversion Execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance Optimize user experience and conversion rates through ongoing analysis and testing Integrate lead capture systems, forms, and CRM platforms Marketing Automation Develop and maintain automated email, SMS, and nurture campaigns Build workflows that support lead routing, follow-up, and customer engagement Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability Monitor and optimize automated processes for maximum effectiveness Creative & Campaign Strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and offers Create testing frameworks for creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign strategies Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize results Analytics & Reporting Produce regular performance reports and campaign analysis Track attribution, conversion events, and funnel metrics Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and trends Present performance insights and growth opportunities to leadership Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns Experience with lead generation, conversion optimization, and funnel development Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking, and reporting Experience building landing pages and marketing automation workflows Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Strong project management and organizational skills Preferred Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other digital advertising platforms Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and workflow automation Experience managing multiple campaigns or brands simultaneously Experience supporting sales-driven organizations Success Measures Improved lead quality and reduced cost per lead Increased conversion rates across marketing funnels Reliable reporting and attribution processes Scalable lead generation systems that drive measurable business growth Strong ownership of campaign performance and business outcomes
