We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Community Manager who can bring ideas to life, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and help strengthen our presence in the communities we serve. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating events, building relationships, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with excellence. The Marketing & Community Manager will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing community engagement efforts, coordinating vendors, supporting client events, and ensuring all marketing activities stay on track and aligned with company goals. ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, direct mail, and print channels Create and manage marketing calendars and project timelines Coordinate listing, recruiting, and company marketing initiatives Assist with content creation and social media scheduling Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials Community & Client Engagement Coordinate client appreciation events and community outreach initiatives Manage sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships Support recruiting events and company-hosted functions Help strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and the local community Project Management & Vendor Coordination Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously Coordinate vendors including photographers, videographers, printers, media partners, and event vendors Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Track deadlines and proactively communicate project updates Reporting & Administration Track marketing activity and campaign performance Maintain marketing reports and dashboards Assist leadership with measuring marketing effectiveness and event participation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, project coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms Experience in real estate, home services, hospitality, or sales-driven industries is a plus What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and accountability Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator and relationship builder Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

Pay:
