Job Description:
Our client, a leading global hospitality organization, is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Global Brand Strategy to support a portfolio of iconic brands across a worldwide enterprise. This highly visible role partners closely with senior brand leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment across global stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing, and program management. They bring experience supporting global brands, navigating large matrixed organizations, and driving prioritization across multiple high-impact initiatives. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly balance long-term strategic objectives with day-to-day execution, helping to bring brand vision to life through disciplined project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Program & Project Management Support and manage strategic initiatives across a global brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives. Develop, maintain, and execute project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and workstreams across multiple concurrent initiatives. Drive prioritization and accountability across complex projects, ensuring teams remain aligned on deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions. Manage project management systems, including Smartsheet and agile workflows, to provide visibility into portfolio activities and progress. Coordinate strategic workstreams and cross-functional teams supporting key brand initiatives and portfolio priorities. Brand Strategy & Portfolio Support Partner with brand strategy leadership to support initiatives focused on brand positioning, guest experience evolution, service standards, food & beverage programs, meetings and events, and other core brand experience pillars. Assist in annual strategic planning, roadmap development, and long-range portfolio planning activities. Help translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and operational plans. Support the evaluation and execution of brand initiatives through effective planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Facilitate collaboration across diverse internal stakeholders, including brand, marketing, operations, finance, regional teams, and executive leadership. Lead project communications, status updates, and governance processes to ensure alignment across global teams. Manage action items, decision tracking, and follow-through across multiple initiatives and leadership forums. Build strong relationships across functions to drive consensus, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum. Leadership Support & Communications Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and global stakeholder touchpoints. Lead meeting preparation and execution, including agenda development, presentation support, pre-read coordination, meeting recaps, and action item management. Support internal communications related to key strategic initiatives, organizational updates, and portfolio priorities. Assist with monthly reporting, data consolidation, and performance tracking activities. Conferences, Events & Partnerships Support planning and execution of major internal and external conferences, leadership meetings, workshops, and strategic events. Coordinate presentation development, logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities. Assist with partnership initiatives and cross-functional collaborations supporting brand activations and strategic programs. Budget & Operational Management Support budget planning, allocation tracking, invoice management, and operational reporting. Maintain project dashboards, reporting tools, and operational trackers to monitor progress and resource allocation. Manage team collaboration platforms, Point sites, and documentation repositories to ensure organization and accessibility. Qualifications Required Experience 7+ years of program management, project management, brand management, marketing operations, or related experience. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within large enterprise organizations. Strong background supporting brand strategy, brand management, marketing programs, or portfolio-level initiatives. Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Experience working within global organizations and supporting international teams. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Point, Smartsheet, and project management tools. Preferred Experience Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred. Experience within travel, luxury, lifestyle, consumer, or guest-focused brands. Experience supporting global brand portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives. Familiarity with strategic planning, brand operations, and marketing program management. Experience leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and strategic priorities. Characteristics of Success Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities. Supports a global portfolio of established hospitality brands. Works within a small, highly collaborative team with significant visibility and impact.
