Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Care Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of our non-medical home care agency. This role is responsible for building strong community relationships, increasing client referrals, and promoting our services to healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare or home care marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others access quality care services. Qualifications Bachelor degree in marketing or health care field Two years marketing experience in a healthcare related environment Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet deadlines Excellent organizational & time management skills A self-starter previous experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services marketing preferred Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for community visits)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and referral processes Experience with CRM systems or referral tracking tools Understanding of local healthcare market and community resources Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for community visits)Benefits PTO Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week may increase due to performance/gain Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client referrals and brand awareness Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior living communities, and social workers Conduct in-person visits and presentations to referral sources and community partners Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs Track and report referral activity, marketing efforts, and outcomes Assist with digital marketing efforts (social media, website updates, email campaigns) Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations Collaborate with leadership to meet census and growth goals Maintain knowledge of home care services, payer sources, and industry trendsPay:
