This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, launch products, optimize listings, manage advertising, and grow Amazon into a significant revenue channel for the company. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, analytical, and excited about building something rather than simply maintaining an existing catalog. What You'll Do Amazon Channel Management Manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies Analyze sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and profitability Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share Product Research & Development Research market trends and identify new product opportunities Analyze competitors, pricing, and demand Recommend and launch new products that align with our manufacturing capabilities Continuously build and expand our Amazon product catalog Listing Creation & Optimization Create and optimize product listings Write keyword-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions Manage A+ Content and Brand Store content Coordinate product photography, graphics, and enhanced content Advertising Management Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns Monitor advertising performance and optimize spending Improve keyword rankings and conversion rates Scale successful products profitably Inventory & Operations Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment Work closely with production and management teams Help determine which products should be stocked, bundled, or expanded Reporting & Analysis Track and report on key performance metrics Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements Provide regular updates on channel performance and profitability QualificationsRequired Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts Experience creating and optimizing Amazon listings Experience with Amazon PPC advertising Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written communication skills Ability to manage projects independently Preferred Experience launching new products on Amazon Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content Experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools Experience with private-label products Experience in printing, packaging, promotional products, manufacturing, or consumer products Compensation This position includes: Base salary of $55,000 annually Quarterly bonus based on Amazon gross profit (sales minus Amazon fees and advertising spend) Revenue milestone bonuses tied to Amazon channel growth Product launch bonuses for successful new product introductions As the Amazon channel grows, total compensation can increase significantly through performance incentives.
