- We are seeking a results‑oriented, data‑driven
- Marketing Manager - Web & App
- to own the marketing performance, brand stewardship, and content effectiveness of our web and app ecosystem across all business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Own the marketing strategy and roadmap for web and app experiences, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business priorities, and regional needs + Lead content strategy, publishing, and optimization across web and app, including UX copy & content, merchandising, accessibility, and compliance + Stewarding brand expression within the web and app design system, including visual identity, voice, content patterns, and UX standards in coordination with the Brand Communications Team.
What You'll Need:
- Core experience & capability
- + Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience + 5+ years of experience leading marketing outcomes for complex, high‑traffic web and/or app experiences in a national or multi‑region environment + Demonstrated success driving brand‑consistent, high‑performing digital experiences across multiple business units, markets, or audiences through content, discoverability, and optimization + Deep expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, and content performance, including hands‑on experience with on‑page optimization, content structures optimized for search and generative platforms, and organic growth strategies tied to measurable business outcomes + Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, with proven experience using platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools to deliver data‑backed improvements in engagement and conversion + Proven ability to operate as a senior cross‑functional partner, influencing Content, Design, Product, IT, Development, and Data teams through clear requirements, insights, and recommendations + Experience developing and governing content strategies for consumer and B2B audiences, with the ability to translate complex topics into high‑impact, discoverable digital experiences while maintaining brand standards, accessibility, privacy, and regulatory compliance •What Will Set You Apart•+ Experience in automotive, franchise, or multi‑location retail environments + Certifications or advanced training in SEO, AEO, GEO, or related disciplines + Strong program and initiative leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility, and usability principles sufficient to partner effectively with Product and Engineering (not to act as a developer or platform owner) + Experience defining audiences, segments, and web personas to inform content and journey design + Comfort managing budgets, forecasting impact, and tying digital performance to business outcomes + Experience supporting ecommerce or online‑to‑offline conversion journeys •We Take Care of the WHOLE You•+ Health insurance plans (medical, dental, vision) + HSA and flexible spending accounts + 401(k) + Incentive opportunity• + Life insurance + Short and long-term disability insurance + Paid vacation and holidays• + Employee Assistance Program + Valvoline Instant Oil Change discounts + Tuition reimbursement• + Adoption assistance• + _•Terms and conditions apply, and benefits may differ depending on position.
