Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, engage with diverse audiences, and develop strategic campaigns that drive growth. You will be instrumental in shaping our online voice, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing strategies that resonate globally. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand messaging and marketing goals. Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor social listening insights, and analyze campaign performance. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, sales, and product development to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track engagement metrics, refine strategies, and report on campaign success. Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community loyalty and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback. Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually compelling marketing materials. Stay current with industry trends in social media marketing, digital marketing best practices, e-commerce developments, and emerging technologies. Skills Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies. Expertise in SEO techniques including keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating captivating visual content. Skilled in video editing and photography to produce multimedia content that enhances storytelling efforts. Strong knowledge of social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms with measurable results. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all published materials while maintaining brand voice consistency. Ability to develop compelling branding strategies that resonate across diverse audiences while supporting e-commerce initiatives. Exceptional relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, customers, and internal teams effectively. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze data insights for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
