Manager / Marketing Consultant

We are currently looking for a motivated, dependable, and growth-minded individual to join our cleaning service team in a leadership-focused role as a Manager / Marketing Consultant. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, self-motivated, and interested in helping build and grow a service-based business from the ground up.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing high-quality cleaning services when needed Assisting with the hiring and onboarding process Learning, understanding, and applying company culture and standards Helping build and manage a reliable team of service providers Maintaining schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Marketing and promoting services to help increase client bookings Supporting long-term company growth and customer satisfaction

Compensation is performance-based and depends on the number of services booked and completed.
