We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for a dynamic arts and cultural organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital communications, creating graphic design materials, and building strong relationships with media partners to maximize visibility, attendance, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with exceptional graphic design, copywriting, and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all programs, services, and special projects. Create and execute marketing campaigns, including press releases, public service announcements, advertising copy, direct mail, email campaigns, invitations, posters, and promotional materials. Manage relationships with printers, media outlets, advertising vendors, and other marketing partners. Design and produce marketing materials for a variety of target audiences. Build promotional opportunities to maximize visibility, attendance, sponsorships, and return on investment. Manage and update websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Send weekly and monthly email blasts and analyze performance metrics, including open and click-through rates. Provide live event photography and real-time promotion during events and programs. Maintain photo documentation for grant reporting and organizational records. Coordinate updates to artist and community directories. Collaborate with staff, board members, volunteers, and committees on marketing and fundraising initiatives. Negotiate contracts with media, print, and marketing vendors. Create marketing-driven events and initiatives to increase revenue and community engagement. Support sponsorship development, online ticket sales, rentals, and other revenue-generating opportunities. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications preferred. 3+ years of proven marketing management experience is required. Strong graphic design skills required with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent copywriting, editing, and public relations skills required. Experience managing websites, social media, and email marketing platforms required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media and community partners. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record are required. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
