Job Description
A highly respected Boston nonprofit focused on children and families throughout communities in Massachusetts is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Strategic Communications to lead brand growth, digital engagement, and communications initiatives that support its mission of improving the lives of homeless families. This exciting leadership opportunity will shape the organization's public presence locally and nationally while driving impactful marketing and fundraising strategies. The Director will oversee integrated communications, digital engagement, and brand strategy, ensuring messaging remains compelling, consistent, and mission-driven across all platforms. This role will also lead digital fundraising initiatives, establish performance metrics, mentor the marketing and communications team, and collaborate across departments to expand the organization's reach and impact. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of nonprofit digital marketing and direct response experience , at least 3 years of team leadership experience , strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics, and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. This hybrid opportunity offers a salary range of $105,000-$115,000 , four days in the office and one remote day each week, plus an excellent benefits package with the organization covering up to 75% of healthcare premiums.
