We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing department. The position will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and client objectives. Manage advertising campaigns, Events and oversight of our Public Relations team, and Content Creators across multiple channels, to elevate our brand presence, client initiatives and drive sales for our Concessions. A high level communicator and attention to detail is critical to the role.
- Key Components of the Position include but not limited to. o Execute Strategies to improve JD Powers FBR scores throughout Logan Airport o Client Engagement o Events & Promotions o Social Media o Budget Oversight o Creating and Managing the Signage Program o Customer Service Initiatives
- Act as a liaison for tenants, conveying Marketing initiatives such as BOS2GO, events, and special promotions.
- Collaborate closely with agency to formulate and implement a cohesive social media strategy and goals across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter. Track metrics, experiment with new methods, and foster audience growth and engagement.
- Oversight of on-site management of center events, promotions, and sponsorships, including pre and post-event follow-up. Implement platform programs professionally and promptly, contributing to result measurement (KPI).
- Collaborating with various departments on the execution and coordination of the Concessions' Customer Service Initiatives.
- Manage collateral - installation, and removal associated with events, promotions, and sponsorships.
- Oversight of completing and submitting reports, recaps, and surveys related to events, promotions, and initiatives (KPI)
- Participate in team meetings and efforts to achieve established goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, monitor emerging platforms, and analyze competitor activities.
- Play a pivotal role as a Director of the marketing program, by providing input and contributing to marketing strategies, tourism programming, and retailer integration.
- Assistance co-workers and other departments as requested by the supervisor, in team meetings and efforts to achieve the Concession Program goals
- Manage Secret Shops Program.
- Evaluate data from different sources including JD Power, Intercept Surveys, WiFi Survey, Placer AI, etc.
- Oversight of Public Relations Firm.
- Work collaboratively with Massport Marketing department to align initiatives Required skills and experience.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred).
Experience :
(15+) years of progressive Director Level Marketing Experience, with a proven track record of successful campaign creation and team leadership.
AnalyticalSkills:
Deep understanding of KPIs, data analytics, and CRM/marketing automation software.
Communication :
Exceptional copywriting, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Budget Management. Establish and manage annual budgets
- Manage Marketing Staff.
Leadership :
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams, negotiate with vendors, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously This is a full-time on-site position at Logan Airport requiring daily interaction in the airport with Clients and Concessioners; this requires walking consistently throughout the day through the various terminals, etc. Background check needed for badging approval from Logan Airport.
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
