This is a highly strategic role focused on product marketing, messaging, and market positioning for a critical business line, with a strong emphasis on North America and the commercial banking sector. You will work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to clearly articulate the value of our solutions and drive market impact. We are looking for someone with direct experience in the Lending & Leasing industry who can translate complex capabilities into compelling, client-focused messaging and enable our commercial teams to win in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging Own and evolve the value proposition, positioning, and messaging for Linedata's Lending & Leasing solutions Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated, and client-relevant narratives Develop messaging frameworks tailored to key segments within commercial banking and financial institutions Go-to-Market Strategy Partner with Product and Leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new releases and enhancements Support product launches with coordinated messaging, content, and enablement materials Ensure alignment across regions and teams on product positioning Sales Enablement Equip Sales and Relationship Managers with high-impact, client-facing materials (pitch decks, use cases, competitive positioning) Help articulate business value and ROI in a way that resonates with senior decision-makers Act as a strategic partner to sales in refining messaging based on client feedback Market Intelligence & Insights Lead competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and strategy Incorporate customer insights and industry trends into messaging and product narrative Stay current on developments in lending, leasing, and financial services technology Content & Thought Leadership Develop high-quality product-focused content, including white papers, case studies, and solution briefs Support broader marketing initiatives with messaging and content aligned to product strategy Contribute to thought leadership that strengthens Linedata's position in the market Marketing Execution & Events Partner with the broader marketing team to support campaign execution and demand generation initiatives Contribute to the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring strong alignment with product positioning and target audiences Support the development of event messaging, materials, and follow-up strategies to maximize impact and lead generation
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or B2B marketing within financial services Direct experience in Lending & Leasing, loan origination, or commercial banking is strongly preferred Strong ability to translate complex financial technology solutions into clear, compelling messaging Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working closely with sales teams Proven track record in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and competitive differentiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging market and customer insights Hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to contribute to both strategy and execution Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., MS Dynamics) is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Why This Role Stands Out High-impact, strategic role shaping how our products are positioned in the market Direct influence on product strategy, sales success, and revenue growth Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and global teams Focus on a specialized and evolving area of fintech Blend of strategic product marketing and real-world market execution Strong collaboration across product, sales, and marketing Additional Information International travel: 1-2 times per year Domestic travel: approximately 5-10%
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based variable compensation. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are expected to range from $100,000 to $135,000, including base salary and variable pay. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market expertise.
