GROWTH SYSTEMS MANAGER
Rise North Capital Braintree, MA | Full-Time | In-Office Rise North Capital is a fast-growing financial services and leadership development firm helping individuals, families, and business owners build stronger financial futures. We are building something bigger than a traditional financial firm. Our mission is to build a transformation company that develops people personally, professionally, and financially while helping our advisors build scalable businesses through financial advice. We are looking for a Growth Systems Manager to help build the operational engine behind that growth. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. This role is for a builder. Someone who enjoys creating systems, improving execution, solving operational problems, leveraging technology, and helping a sales organization grow faster and more efficiently.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Growth Systems Manager will help build, organize, and scale the systems that support advisor growth, marketing execution, recruiting funnels, CRM workflows, automation, and lead management across the company. You will work directly with leadership to improve how marketing, lead flow, advisor adoption, follow-up systems, and growth initiatives operate across the organization. This role is highly execution-focused. You do not need to come from financial services specifically, but you must be highly organized, tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Growth Systems & CRM Lead implementation and optimization of CRM systems (GoHighLevel and related tools) Build workflows, automations, pipelines, and follow-up systems Improve advisor adoption and system usage across the company Help organize lead flow, reporting, and communication systems Marketing & Funnel Execution Support execution of company marketing initiatives and growth campaigns Coordinate with external vendors including SEO, web, automation, CRM, and lead providers Help improve lead conversion, appointment show rates, and advisor follow-up consistency Track campaign effectiveness and operational bottlenecks Reporting & Performance Tracking Build dashboards tracking lead flow, appointments, conversion, and production metrics Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Help leadership gain visibility into growth performance across the company Field Enablement Support advisors with onboarding into systems and growth programs Create simple playbooks, SOPs, and training resources Help drive consistency and accountability throughout the organization Social & Content Coordination Assist with execution and organization of company social media and content systems Coordinate content scheduling, distribution, and platform consistency Work with leadership and advisors to help capture and organize marketing content

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms Experience with marketing systems, automations, or sales operations Strong project management and organizational skills Experience coordinating vendors and multiple moving parts Familiarity with digital marketing, funnels, lead management, or sales environments is a plus Experience inside entrepreneurial, sales-driven, or growth-focused organizations is highly preferred
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$90,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to growth, execution, and operational performance Long-term growth opportunity as the company scales
