Full-Time About the Rol eWe are seeking a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager with 2-3 years o fmarketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment. Develop, write, and edit content including blogs, case studies, web/landing pages, ema ilcopy, sales collateral, infographics, and social conten t.? Support long-form content projects such as white papers, presentations, newsletter s,and campaign asset s.? Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic prioritie s. Digital Marketing Execut ion? Manage website updates, social channels, and email campaig ns.? Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and keyword resear ch.? Manage digital campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels with clear track ingand reporti ng.? Assist in marketing automation workflows and nurture programs (HubSpot, Pard ot,Marketo, etc .). Communications & Brand Sup port? Draft and support internal/external communications including announcements, p ressreleases, and executive messag ing.? Maintain strong brand consistency across channels, creative, and campai gns. Campaign Manag ement? Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across dig ital,content, events, and sales mot ions.? Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and leade rshipteams to deliver cohesive campa igns.? Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign efficienc y an dROI. Event & Field Mar keting? Assist in planning, promoting, and executing industry events, trade show s, andconfer ences.? Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities-including booth logi stics,collateral, lead capture, meeting scheduling, and foll ow-up.? Partner with sales and leadership to support field marketing efforts such as re gionalevents, customer dinners, webinars, and partner activa tions.? Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and deliver ables.? Track event performance, lead impact, and contribution to pip eline. Required Skills & Exp erience? 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B.? Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated content creation expe rience.? Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, metrics, and tools.? Experience supporting or coordinating events, trade shows, or field marketing pr ograms.? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced envir onment.? Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualif ications? Experience in SaaS, technology, aviation, logistics, or e-commerce ind ustries.? Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).?
