- $120,000 /yr Posted May 13, 2026 Our fashion client is currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with Display, Affiliate and Paid Search expertise to join their team.
This is a full time opportunity that is hybrid onsite 4 days/week in the Boston area. The Performance Marketing Manager will lead and optimize Paid Search, Affiliate, and Display marketing programs for a well-established omni-channel retail brand. This role is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth through hands-on campaign management, strategic planning, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of Google and Bing campaigns across Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, and seasonal promotions
- Lead and manage the affiliate marketing program across influencers, loyalty, content, and coupon/deal partners
- Oversee display advertising initiatives in partnership with Live Intent and external agencies
- Monitor channel performance, forecast traffic/sales, track budgets, and optimize toward customer acquisition and ROI goals
- Collaborate closely with analytics creative, merchandising, brand, and retail teams to align campaigns and messaging
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations
- Manage agency relationships, partner proposals, placement opportunities, and promotional strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Display and Affiliate marketing campaigns
- Ideally coming from eCommerce, Fashion/Retail brands or agencies
- Should be comfortable with analytics and speaking to the data to inform decisions
- Strong expertise within Google Ads and Bing platforms
- Experience managing sizable media budgets (10-20 Million) and performance marketing programs for retail or eCommerce brands
- Proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits Bonus eligible, 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary match and tuition reimbursement.
