What You'll Be Doing:

Build and own the company's marketing function Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals Manage and modernize the company's online presence Create engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Oversee website updates, branding, and digital visibility Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, campaigns, and promotional materials Support the sales team with marketing tools and lead-generation initiatives Develop campaigns that directly drive customer engagement and revenue growth Partner closely with ownership and leadership on branding and strategic direction Bring fresh, modern ideas while respecting the company's relationship-driven culture

What They're Looking For:

3+ years of marketing experience Experience managing social media, digital marketing, branding, and website content Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently Strong content creation and communication skills Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day marketing initiatives Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Someone culture-centric who values relationships, collaboration, and long-term growth Comfortable working onsite and being immersed in the business Organized, proactive, and able to work directly with leadership and sales teams Construction, industrial, equipment, or blue-collar industry experience is a plus — but not required
