AI Adoption Ownership:

Drive measurable adoption of EDB Postgres AI capabilities through targeted programs, messaging, and initiatives that influence prospects to become customers. This is your north star.

Market-Leading Positioning:

Own the narrative that makes EDB Postgres AI the default choice for enterprises building agentic applications (measured by analyst recognition, competitive win rates, and market share of voice).

Strategic GTM Execution:

Drive the end-to-end strategy for AI product launches, including messaging frameworks, adoption programs, and cross-functional execution.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as the internal and external expert on AI personas, their journeys, and the business requirements for modern AI workloads.

Sales & Field Enablement:

Empower global field teams with consistent, competitive messaging and playbooks to effectively engage technical buyers and architects. What you will bring... 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role in an enterprise technology organization. Success turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Proven ability to use data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (e.g. across product, sales, and marketing) to deliver results. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. What will give you an edge...
