Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and respond promptly to community inquiries or feedback. Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content visibility across search engines and social platforms. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI. Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation, craft press releases, and coordinate outreach efforts. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks; perform basic video editing for promotional content. Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community stakeholders to expand brand reach. Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is essential. Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing skills are preferred. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. Strong understanding of social listening tools and techniques for reputation management and trend analysis. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
